Mitch Willet - President
Mitch Willet is President and Owner of S.B.S. Trust Deed Network and S.B.S. Lien Services, a full service Mortgage Default and HOA Lien Collection services company. SBS has been providing Foreclosure, HOA Lien Collections and other default related services since 1978. Mitch began with S.B.S. in 1992 and purchased the company from Sandy Saxton (his Mother) in 1998.
He has served on the Board of Directors of the Orange County and Los Angeles chapters of UTA as well as other industry related organizations. Mitch grew up in Santa Ana, CA and graduated Mater Dei High School in 1988. He spent his first year of undergrad at Humboldt State University as a Marine Biology major and after a year of culture shock transferred to The University of San Diego to achieve his Bachelor in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing in 1992.
He currently resides in Oak Park, CA with his College sweetheart and two kids. He enjoys spending time with his family hanging out by the pool, surfing and snow skiing.
Jennifer Kennick - Executive Vice President
Jennifer Kennick is the Executive Vice President of S.B.S. Trust Deed Network and S.B.S. Lien Services. Jennifer began her career in 1992 with a law firm that specialized in HOA Lien Collections. She then worked for a lending institution in the default department before joining the S.B.S. team in 1998.
With over 27 years of industry experience, Jennifer heads a 15 person team and oversees the day to day operations at S.B.S. Jennifer is a member of the United Trustee’s Association (UTA) and is certified to process foreclosures in the states of CA, AZ and NV. Jennifer is also a member of and actively involved in both the Community Associations Institute (CAI) and the California Association of Community Managers (CACM).
Jennifer currently resides in West Hills California with her husband Greg. She is an avid bowler who once competed professionally on the Ladies Professional Bowlers Tour and has 12 perfect 300 games to her credit. During her free time, she enjoys traveling, entertaining and spending time with family and friends.
Rory Cambra - Vice President of Marketing
Rory Cambra has served as the Vice President of Marketing for S.B.S. Trust Deed Network and S.B.S. Lien Services since January of 2010. Rory’s primary responsibility is to build and maintain long lasting relationships with all clients and strategic partners.
Rory is originally from Maui, Hawaii where he graduated from Lahainaluna High School. He later attended Santa Rosa Junior College and migrated south to graduate from San Diego State University. He received his California Teaching Credential and was a schoolteacher before switching careers into the mortgage industry.
Rory has been in the mortgage industry since 1995. From 1995-2010, Rory has originated approximately $100 million in retail loans and in 2003 served as the President of the San Diego Chapter of the California Association of Mortgage Brokers.
Rory currently resides in Carlsbad, CA. Rory enjoys his time as a husband, parent and as a role model. In his spare time he enjoys working out in the art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu where he received his Black Belt after 12 years of training. Other activities include tennis, snowboarding and golf. Rory enjoys life and loves to entertain family and friends
Alisher Sabirov – HOA Marketing Director
Alisher D. Sabirov is an experienced and versatile marketing professional with significant practical experience in real estate environment and non-judicial foreclosure process. His expertise in collections have provided him with the ability to function as a liaison and assist in connecting Homeowners Associations/Management companies and collection services for more than half a decade.
Equipped with over 6 years of hands-on experience in collections and managing delinquent accounts, Alisher uses his expansive network to empower board members and management professionals with the tools they need to successfully resolve delinquent accounts and re-establish financial well-being of the homeowners associations.
Before joining S.B.S. Lien Services Alisher was a Lien Specialist/Account Manager for an HOA lien collection company where he cultivated partnerships with various associations and management companies.
Alisher graduated from the Tashkent State Law Institute (Uzbekistan) in 1997 and holds a LLM degree. In 2004 he successfully completed ABA approved certified program of the Division of Extended Education at California State University of Los Angeles.
Alisher Sabirov was born and grew up in the capital of the Republic of Uzbekistan, city of Tashkent, where he graduated from the High School #17 in 1992. Alisher is married to Arina and is proud father of two girls. Alisher was an amateur boxer. He is a long time fan and practitioner of martial arts.
